Depending on the package and how the vehicle is maintained, professional ceramic coatings can last several years. Unlike wax or sealants that wear off in weeks or months, ceramic forms a durable protective layer designed to handle Houston heat, UV exposure, and regular washing.

Ceramic coating is not scratch-proof, but it does add an additional layer of protection that helps reduce light swirl marks and minor wash marring. The biggest win is that it makes the vehicle much easier to clean—so you’re less likely to grind dirt into the paint during washing.

Most vehicles take 1–3 days depending on paint condition and the level of correction needed. Proper prep is the difference between “looks good today” and “still looks good months later,” so we don’t rush the process.

This will vary case by case, we will do a through inspection together before deciding weather or not you need to add a paint correction to your ceramic coating package.

We provide clear after-care instructions at pickup so you know exactly how to keep the coating performing. In general: wash properly, avoid automatic brush washes, and use the right products/technique.

We also recommend bringing the vehicle back to us for professional decontamination washes a minimum of twice per year (and up to four times per year). These maintenance visits remove embedded contaminants, refresh the coating’s slickness and hydrophobic performance, and keep your finish looking its best long-term.
